Living Smart in City of Cockburn

“Creating Wellness with Living Smart”  is a 5-session sustainability workshop in Success!

Is chemical free cleaning and personal care important to you? Are you interested in growing your own food? Would you like to explore ways to simplify your life and reduce your eco footprint? Do you want to meet like-minded people who care about the future like you do?

Then Living Smart is for you!

Creating Wellness with Living Smart is a 4-week workshop style course in which we will explore practical ways to achieve wellness, making yourself, your home, your garden and our planet healthier and more sustainable. The course is fun and interactive, with plenty of opportunities for learning new skills and sharing with others, as well as reflecting on your own behaviour and lifestyle choices.

Topics include: finding personal wellness, creating a healthy home, growing your own food, cutting your food miles, reducing the footprint of our purchases, and generally living simply.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a four-week course that will run on Saturday afternoons from 1.30 to 4.00pm, starting on 13th October and running until 3rd November 2018 at the Cockburn Health and Community Centre, as well as a field-trip at a venue, date and time yet to be determined.
